Partnerships Manager(Payment Gateway experience) - Trans Fi Pay
This is an external facing role. We are looking for a person with extensive partnership or
business development experience in payments (remittances / cross border trade).
An excellent business understanding of the cross-border remittances and payments landscape
- along with an understanding of stable coins and their use for payments is essential. Past
experience in cross-border payments or trade finance business is a must for the role - with
companies such as Currency Cloud, Wise, Remitly, Nium, Payonear.
You are a highly energetic, entrepreneurial individual who has an existing network in the
payments ecosystem and can build relationships and partnerships with payment and bank
partners.
Ideally, you should be extroverted and likeable, yet also process oriented and systematic about
getting things done. You are excited about working at the intersection of traditional and crypto
financial systems.

Job responsibilities:
What you'll do
Sourcing new Payment Partners - Local licensed Payment Gateways, Banking partners,
OTC desks
Acquire, build, and maintain relationships with payment partners, while systematically
tracking each partner in our system
Helping with legal onboarding of Trans Fi and onboarding of the partner
Need to make proper decisions to strategize partners as per business requirement.
Dealing with Tech to get oversee end to end implementation of every partner
Monitor and analyze payment processing metrics to identify areas for improvement and
communicate and work out improvements with the partner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, compliance, and customer
support, to streamline payment processing processes and resolve payment-related
issues together with payment partners
Understanding the needs of clients and partners at every stage of their development
and consider how Trans Fi can add value with its product partnerships
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal cross-functional business
units to create more efficient processes, identify bottlenecks, identify growth
opportunities, and increase our overall client success percentage.
Keep a pulse on existing and emerging web3 projects and the teams building them.
Required Experience:
Stablecoin knowledge and expertise, vision, and passion for the industry. Startup
experience preferred.
4 + years of experience in business development or partnerships, with at least 2 years in
a leadership role
Seeking a Partnership Manager with proven experience in managing payment gateway integrations and alliances.
Responsible for building and maintaining strategic fintech partnerships to drive business growth.
Must have expertise in negotiating partner agreements and optimizing payment solutions.
Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills are essential.
Past experience in a cross-border payments or trade finance business is a must for the
role - companies such as Currency Cloud, Wise, Remitly, Nium, Payonear
Strong understanding of remittance, payment processing including knowledge of
payment gateways, merchant accounts, and payment networks
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in payment processing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize
and manage multiple tasks
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and
developing high-performing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams
Creative problem solver with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
