Goal of Position:
The Marketing Analyst will provide dedicated support for marketing data, reporting, and analysis across campaigns, RFPs, and business initiatives. This role will act as the primary steward of marketing data, ensuring that information is accurate, consistent, complete, and fit for use across reporting and decision-making.

Working closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams, the Marketing Analyst will proactively review data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, investigate root causes, and resolve issues to maintain trusted reporting and improve operational efficiency. This role will also own dashboards, reporting processes, and data analysis, enable data-driven decision-making and reduce dependency bottlenecks.

Duties:

● Own the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of marketing data across systems, dashboards, and reports

● Act as the primary point of contact for marketing data quality, validation, and issue resolution

● Support data extraction, analysis, and reporting across marketing campaigns, bids, and business initiatives

● Own and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting (including Power BI or similar tools)

● Develop and standardize reporting frameworks to improve consistency and efficiency

● Work with internal teams to gather, validate, and manage data from multiple sources

● Reduce data access dependencies by improving processes and documentation

● Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness

● Support RFPs and bids with data analysis and reporting requirements

● Monitor and document relevant regulatory or market changes for use across marketing and sales

● Collaborate with marketing ops and digital teams to ensure accurate tracking and measurement

● Identify opportunities to improve data workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiency

● Provide flexible analytical support to the bids and wider marketing team as required

● Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and reports

Skills/

Qualifications:

● Strong analytical and data management skills

● Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI preferred)

● Experience working with CRM and marketing platforms (Zoho desirable)

● Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources

● Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

● Understanding of marketing metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance analysis

● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify process improvements

Effective communication and ability to present data insights clearly

● Ability to work cross-functionally in a global team environment

Experience:

3+ years in a marketing analytics, data analyst, or similar role
Experience supporting marketing or sales teams preferred

Education:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
