Role & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across various digital channels including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize campaigns for better results and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Manage budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance within allocated spend.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive edge.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Proven experience in performance marketing within ecommerce
Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Experience in campaign optimization and budget management
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work onsite in India

Preferred

Knowledge of additional digital marketing platforms like Linked In Ads or Tik Tok Ads

Experience with marketing automation tools
Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint
