THE ROLE:
At SKC World, we work with founders on the journey of Conscious Entrepreneurship - not just building better businesses, but understanding how life and work flourish when lived from a place of awareness. Clarow brings this work to the organisation level - helping founders build conscious enterprises that scale joyfully and achieve their highest potential through clarity of purpose. It is deep, careful, and consequential.
The Facilitator is the execution arm of every Clarow engagement - the person who holds the structure that makes this work possible. Working in support of and guided by the Coach, the Facilitator ensures that every engagement has rhythm, rigour, and follow-through - that commitments are tracked, sessions are prepared well, progress is visible, and nothing important slips. The Coach leads.
The Facilitator makes sure the conditions for that leadership are always in place.
This work operates at the level of awareness and not just skill, it calls for inner steadiness. The Facilitator's role is to hold structure and process with integrity, so that the deeper work can happen safely and well.
Structure held with care is what makes depth possible.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
ENGAGEMENT DESIGN AND PREPARATION
– Support the Coach in structuring each engagement - the sequence, what it needs to achieve, and how sessions and outputs are designed
– Build the internal documentation and frameworks that give each engagement its backbone – Prepare diagnostic content, decks, and materials that allow the Coach to walk in ready SESSION
DESIGN AND DELIVERY SUPPORT
– Prepare everything the Coach needs for a session to land well - content, structure, and setup
– Structure and document session outputs so that what happens in the room translates into clear, usable records
GOAL TRACKING AND ACCOUNTABILITY
– Track AOPs and key goals based on client inputs - maintaining a live, honest picture of where each engagement stands
– Maintain the dashboards, trackers, and progress reports that keep commitments visible
– Ensure clarity and discipline in goal follow-through - flagging where things are slipping before they become a problem
REVIEWS AND FOLLOW - THROUGH
– Coordinate structured follow-up touchpoints to ensure the rhythm of the engagement holds
– Prepare the Coach and Mentor for monthly and quarterly reviews - synthesising progress, gaps, and patterns into a clear picture
– Assess if breakdowns in clarity, ownership, or momentum early - and escalate cleanly to the Coach
REPORTING AND INSIGHT
– Create structured reports for internal review and client consumption
– Translate discussions into sharp action documents and next steps that keep teams moving
– Keep the Coach and Mentor consistently informed through regular progress summaries
WHAT THIS ROLE REQUIRES
– Analytical thinking - working with data, trackers, and qualitative inputs; able to synthesise information and draw clear, useful insights
– Communication - captures discussions accurately and translates them into sharp reports, action documents, and clear next steps
– Tech comfort - at ease with tools, decks, dashboards, and session tech; picks up new platforms quickly
– Structure in motion - brings order to ambiguity without waiting for everything to be defined – Punctuality and time management - manages own time well and brings that same care to everything they coordinate
– Ownership - takes responsibility without being pushed; sees things through because that is how they are wired
