Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role in Canada and Australia. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining reports and dashboards, performing exploratory and statistical analyses, and identifying trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions. The role involves preparing clear visualizations and presentations, documenting methodologies, and collaborating with operations, finance, and management teams to define requirements and deliver actionable recommendations.

The Data Analyst will also contribute to process improvement by automating recurring reports and supporting the implementation of data best practices.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and proven ability to interpret complex data sets to generate practical insights.
Hands-on experience in data analytics and data modeling, including querying, transforming, and structuring data for analysis.
Solid foundation in statistics, including descriptive and inferential methods relevant to business analysis.
Effective communication skills to present findings, explain methods, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one analytics or visualization platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
Attention to detail, strong problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with scripting or programming languages (such as Python or R) and familiarity with databases or ETL processes is an advantage.
