This role is for someone who is part copywriter, part storyteller, part researcher, part pattern hunter, and part creative risk-taker . You should be curious about people, psychology, culture, internet behavior, and why people make decisions.
You will create ad scripts, social media content, campaign angles, and platform-specific ideas across Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, and You Tube .
Key Responsiblities
● Write ad scripts, Reel scripts, captions, carousels, Linked In posts, and social-first copy.
● Create campaign angles and content ideas for paid and organic channels.
● Manage organic social media across Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, and You Tube.
● Research competitors, creators, trends, ads, audience comments, and content patterns.
● Use tools like Meta Ad Library, Instagram Insights, Linked In Analytics, You Tube Studio, Canva, and Google Sheets .
● Coordinate with designers and video editors to bring content ideas to life.
● Manage comments, DMs, and community conversations.
● Track performance and suggest what to improve, repeat, or test next.
YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF
● You save ads because you want to understand why they worked.
● You pause while watching a Reel because the hook was good.
● You notice when a line sounds too polished, too fake, or too AI-generated.
● You ask, “What is the real emotion behind this?”
● You enjoy rewriting one line ten different ways until it finally clicks.
● You have strong opinions about words, pacing, tone, and visual storytelling.
● You are okay with your first idea not being the final idea.
● You can take a rough thought and turn it into something clear, compelling, and scroll-stopping.
● You are not afraid of feedback and understand that feedback is part of the creative process.
PREFFERED EXPERIENCE
● 1 to 3 years of experience in social media, copywriting, content creation, creative strategy, advertising, or performance marketing.
● Experience with ad agencies, creator-led brands, edtech, coaching, or content-led startups is a plus.
● A strong portfolio of scripts, posts, carousels, campaigns, or social media pages managed is required.
We are not looking for someone who only posts content. We are looking for someone who can study people, spot patterns, write sharply, and help Kapable grow through both paid and organic creative
