Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies across all digital platforms.
Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and recommend actions to resolve issues.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc., for performance tracking and opportunity identification.
Monitor and report SEO performance with clear KPIs such as rankings, traffic, CTRs, bounce rates, and conversions.
Perform keyword research to guide content strategy and on-page optimization.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
Keep up with search engine algorithm changes and SEO industry trends.
Analyze competitors and provide actionable insights to outperform them.
Build and maintain backlinks to improve domain authority.

Requirements:
6+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable success.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization.
Ability to perform detailed site audits and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proven track record of using data to accelerate SEO KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
Experience leading a small SEO team (2–3 members) in a past organization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with structured data and schema markup is an advantage.
