Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior System Administrator role in Canada and Australia. The Senior System Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing IT infrastructure, ensuring system performance, and supporting users with technical issues. The role includes overseeing network and system security, performing troubleshooting tasks, and managing IT resources to ensure seamless operational workflows.

Qualifications
Proficiency in System Administration and Troubleshooting to maintain and optimize hardware, software, and IT processes.
Strong skills in Technical Support to assist users with system issues and ensure minimal downtime.
Expertise in Network Administration and Information Technology to manage network infrastructure and ensure security and reliability.
Deep understanding of system security, backups, and recovery management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience with virtualization technologies, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure automation tools is a plus.
