Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Educational

Qualification:

o Bachelors degree in Computer Science / MCA or equivalent.
2.

Proven Experience:

o Experience as a QA Engineer, with expertise in User Acceptance Testing
o Strong proficiency in optimising QA processes for better efficiency
3. Technical

Skills:

Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test
scripts for both manual and automated testing.
Perform functional, regression, integration, API, UI/UX, performance, and user
acceptance testing (UAT).
Analyse business and system requirements and ensure traceability to test scenarios
and scripts.
Identify, document, and report bugs using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure
Dev Ops).
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues
and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter or Load Runner.
Continuously monitor and optimise QA processes for better efficiency.
Create and maintain clear test documentation and provide test progress/status
reports.
Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and
retrospectives.
Hands-on experience in Data testing.
Should have experience in the healthcare industry.
4. Additional

Skills:

Knowledge of implementing and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts
using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc., is not mandatory, but will be given
preference.
