Location:

Responsible for planning, execution, automation and optimization of customer communication across Email and mobile push notification channels. The role will leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to deliver personalized, timely and engaging customer experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Deployment
Build, test, schedule and deploy email and push notification campaigns using SFMC
Execute promotional, transactional, lifecycle, loyalty and customer engagement campaign
Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of communications
Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Product, Creative and Operations teams to execute campaigns accurately
Manage and execute marketing campaigns within a multi-brand Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) environment, ensuring proper brand hierarchy, data segregation, and governance under a single enterprise instance.
Customer Journey Management
Design and manage automated customer journeys using Journey Builder
Implement multi-channel customer journeys incorporating email, push notifications, SMS, and other digital touchpoints
Monitor customer journey performance and recommend enhancements to improve engagement and conversions
Support customer lifecycle programs including onboarding, engagement, retention, win-back, and loyalty campaigns
Push Notification Management
Create, configure, and deploy mobile push notification campaigns
Manage audience segmentation, personalization, frequency controls, and delivery schedules
Optimize push notification performance through A/B testing and behavioral targeting
Ensure alignment of push communications with broader customer engagement strategies
Email Marketing Operation
Develop and maintain responsive email templates and dynamic content blocks
Configure personalization and dynamic content using subscriber attributes and behavioural data
Conduct thorough QA testing to ensure content accuracy, link validation, rendering consistency, and personalization functionality
Monitor deliverability and engagement metrics and implement optimization strategies
Data Segmentation & Audience Management
Build and maintain customer segments using Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and SQL queries
Ensure data accuracy, subscriber management, suppression handling, and compliance with applicable privacy regulations
Collaborate with CRM and Analytics teams to improve targeting strategies and customer engagement
Automation & Technical Operations
Build and manage automated workflows using Automation Studio
Support triggered communications and event-based marketing programs
Utilize AMP script, SQL, and SFMC functionalities to improve personalization and campaign effectiveness
Troubleshoot campaign, journey, and automation issues
Reporting & Performance Optimization
Track and report key campaign metrics including
Delivery Rate
Open Rate
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Conversion Rate
Push Open Rate
Engagement Rate
Retention Metrics
Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Create dashboards and regular performance reports for stakeholders.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure strict audience segmentation and communication controls to prevent cross-brand messaging, maintaining brand integrity and compliance with customer communication preferences.
Ensure all communications comply with brand standards, customer communication policies, and applicable data privacy regulations.
Maintain campaign documentation, deployment records, and audit trails.
Follow established QA and approval processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
5 - 6 years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, or marketing automation.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Journey Builder
Automation Studio
Content Builder
Contact Builder
Mobile Studio (Push Notifications)
Experience managing customer journeys and automated campaigns.
Understanding of email deliverability and mobile engagement best practices.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or Consultant Certification.
Working knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with customer loyalty, membership, hospitality, retail, or subscription-based marketing programs.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer data platforms (CDPs).
