Enterprise Business Architect

We are looking for an  Enterprise Business Architect Manager  to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-wide business architecture capabilities, ensuring alignment between business strategy, operating models, and transformation initiatives. This role will establish visibility across business capabilities, value streams, and operational dependencies within investment and wealth management environments while enabling scalable business transformation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business, operations, product, and technology teams to drive enterprise alignment and organizational scalability.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise  Business Capability Map s,  Target Operating Models (TOMs ), value streams, and business architecture artifacts across investment and wealth management functions
Establish enterprise-wide visibility of business capabilities, operational dependencies, and organizational workflows to support strategic decision-making
Translate business strategy into structured business architecture frameworks, governance models, and transformation roadmaps
Lead cross-functional business transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business, operations, product, and technology teams
Identify capability gaps, operational inefficiencies, organizational dependencies, and opportunities for business innovation and optimization
Institutionalize operational knowledge into scalable business frameworks, governance structures, and standardized practices
Define, implement, and govern enterprise business architecture methodologies, standards, and best practices
Advise senior leadership and stakeholders on operating model evolution, business scalability, and transformation strategies
Drive the development of enterprise governance models to ensure consistency, accountability, and alignment with organizational objectives
Apply industry frameworks and capability modelling approaches to distinguish strategic business capabilities from commodity functions and optimize organizational effectiveness
Facilitate executive-level presentations, workshops, and stakeholder engagements to align priorities and transformation outcomes
Collaborate with enterprise architecture, product, and technology teams to ensure business architecture integration with broader enterprise objectives

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Enterprise Architecture, or a related field
8+ years of experien ce in business architecture, enterprise transformation, operating model design, or business consulting within financial services environment
Proven experience establishing enterprise-wide visibility of business capabilities, operational dependencies, and value streams
Strong expertise in designing and maintain in g Business Capability Ma ps , Target Operating Mode ls, and enterprise business architecture artifacts
Strong understanding o f brokerage, wealth management, capital markets, investment management, and digital financial services operating mode ls
Experience translating business strategy into structured business architecture services, governance frameworks, and transformation initiatives
Demonstrated ability to identify capability gaps, business dependencies, and opportunities for innovation and process optimization
Experience institutionalizing operational knowledge into scalable governance frameworks and enterprise-wide practices
Strong knowledge of business architecture methodologies, industry frameworks, and capability modeling approaches
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
Proven ability to influence senior leadership and manage cross-functional stakeholders in complex enterprise environments
Experience working in highly regulated financial services or enterprise-scale organizations is preferred.
