Position: Performance Marketing & CRM Executive (E-commerce)
About the Role  We are looking for a Performance Marketing & CRM Executive with 6 Months to 2 Years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Whats App Marketing, and Email Marketing.
This is NOT a pure CRM role. We are looking for someone who understands both paid advertising and customer retention marketing.
Experience Required  
· 6 Months to 2 Years

· Experience working with E-commerce/D2C brands preferred

Key Responsibilities  Performance Marketing  
· Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.

· Assist in Google Ads campaign setup and optimization.

· Monitor and improve key metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.

· Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

· Create and maintain UTM parameters for accurate tracking.

· Monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Analytics data.
Shopify Management  
· Manage products, collections, discounts, and promotional offers.

· Update banners, landing pages, and product information.

· Assist in implementing BOGO, bundle offers, and other promotional campaigns.

· Coordinate with the design and marketing team for website updates.
Whats App & Email Marketing  
· Create and schedule Whats App Broadcast Campaigns.

· Manage customer segmentation and retention campaigns.

· Set up automation flows using Brevo (Sendinblue) and Mailchimp.

· Execute abandoned cart, win-back, and repeat purchase campaigns.

· Track campaign performance and optimize engagement rates.

Must Understand

· ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

· Conversion Rate
Preferred Skills  
· Meta Pixel & Conversion API setup

· Basic understanding of Shopify Apps

· Experience with D2C/E-commerce brands

· Strong analytical and reporting skills
