About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. You should have a strong understanding of paid marketing, analytics, and ROI-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, You Tube Ads, and others.

Monitor and analyse campaign performance to achieve target KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL, etc.).

Conduct A/B tests to identify high-performing creatives, audiences, and strategies.

Optimise ad spending to maximise ROI and improve campaign efficiency.

Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.

Track daily budgets, campaign pacing, and performance metrics.

Prepare weekly & monthly reports with insights and growth recommendations.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Manage landing pages, funnels, and tracking setups (Pixel, UTM, GA4, etc.).

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in performance marketing

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads

Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio)

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Good communication & problem-solving skills

Certifications (Google/META) are a plus
