Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across key social platforms to build brand awareness and drive user engagement for Rochasoft's software products. Responsibilities include managing social media calendars, coordinating with product and design teams, and writing posts tailored to each platform and audience.

The role involves monitoring trends, optimizing posts for reach and performance, and using analytics to refine content strategy. The Social Media Manager will also respond to comments and messages, support community-building initiatives, and contribute ideas for campaigns that align with product launches and marketing goals.
Qualifications
Strong social media marketing skills, including campaign planning, platform management, and performance tracking.

Experience with social media optimization (SMO), including posting best practices, timing, and algorithm-aware content adjustments.
Solid content strategy capabilities, with the ability to align social content to brand, product, and business objectives.
Excellent writing and communication skills for clear, consistent, and engaging posts and community interactions.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting to inform data-driven decisions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
Prior experience in tech, SaaS, or digital products marketing is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
