Position: Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize  Google Ads campaigns  across Search, Display, Performance Max, You Tube, and Remarketing.
Create and manage  Meta Ads campaigns  on Facebook and Instagram.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and bid strategy optimization.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using  Google Analytics 4 (GA4) , Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.
Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure maximum return on ad spend.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in  Performance Marketing .
Strong expertise in  Google Ads  (Search, Display, You Tube, Performance Max, Shopping campaigns if applicable).
Experience managing and optimizing  Meta Ads  campaigns.
Proficiency in  Google Analytics 4 (GA4)  and  Google Tag Manager .
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing funnels.

Experience with lead generation and performance-driven campaigns.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Salary - 20k to 35k
