Project Manager - Darwin Box implementation

Position :

Project Manager – Darwinbox Implementation (6-Month Contract)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with proven expertise in leading end-to-end Darwinbox HRMS implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete Darwinbox implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live and hypercare.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders, HR, IT, and implementation partners.

• Oversee project planning, system configuration, integrations, UAT, data migration, and deployment.

• Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

• 7–12 years of project management experience.

• Hands-on experience delivering at least one full end-to-end Darwinbox implementation.

• Strong knowledge of HRMS processes and Darwinbox modules.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
