Techno-Commercial Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Commercial professional to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of networking solutions along with commercial and proposal management expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage technical and commercial proposals.

• Analyze and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tender requirements.

• Understand and develop BoQs for networking and IT infrastructure projects.

• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and channel partners for pricing and solution design.

• Support sales teams with techno-commercial inputs and customer presentations.

• Work closely with Telecom, ISP, and Enterprise customers to understand requirements and
propose suitable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a techno-commercial role.

• Strong knowledge of networking hardware including switches, routers, servers, and storage
solutions.

• Hands-on experience in preparing BoQs, RFP responses, and commercial proposals.

• Working knowledge of leading OEMs such as HP/HPE, Dell, Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, and other networking vendors.

• Understanding of channel sales, distributor networks, and partner ecosystems.

• Strong commercial acumen and numerical skills.

• Excellent communication and proposal writing skills.

Educational Qualification :

• BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related field. Preferred Profile:

• candidates from India can also apply.

• Candidates from South India (Tamil Nadu or Kerala) will be preferred.
