We are looking for a skilled Service Technician responsible for diagnosis, repair, testing, and servicing of audio products. The candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware-level troubleshooting along with software handling and service management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair Audio products including speakers, headphones, and portable audio devices.
Perform component-level repairs including battery, IO board, logic board, grill/cabinet, charging, and connectivity issues.
Handle software/firmware troubleshooting and updates.
Perform product testing, quality checks, and final verification after repair.
Update diagnosis, repair status, and service remarks in Zoho/Salesforce CRM systems.
Maintain TAT and timely closure of service cases.
Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and escalations.
Maintain repair quality as per premium brand standards.
Required Skills:
Strong electronics troubleshooting knowledge.
PCB/logic board level diagnosis experience.
Audio/electronics repair experience preferred.
Familiarity with Zoho, Salesforce, or service CRM tools.
Good communication and reporting skills.
