Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support for POC deployments related to ZTNA, VDI, and IAM solutions

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot secure access and remote access technologies

• Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure successful POC execution

• Perform health checks, monitoring, and optimization of deployed solutions

• Troubleshoot issues related to networking, authentication, and application access

• Document configurations, deployment steps, and issue resolutions

• Assist in transitioning POC setups into production environments

Required

Skills & Experience:

• 4–5 years of experience in ZTNA, VDI, and IAM technologies

• Strong understanding of Server Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)

• Solid knowledge of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Load Balancing)

• Hands-on experience with Firewalls and security solutions, windows server and client OS knowledge

• Familiarity with Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and identity management systems

• Experience in troubleshooting complex enterprise environments

• Good understanding of Linux and Windows server environments
