Roles and Responsibilities:
Oracle Database Administration (11g/12c/19c/21c)
Database Installation, Configuration & Upgrades
Backup & Recovery using RMAN
Performance Tuning and Query Optimization
Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard
Database Security and User Management
Tablespace, Storage, and Capacity Management
Shell Scripting and SQL/PLSQL
High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR)
Database Monitoring and Troubleshooting
Patch Management and Migration Activities
Experience with Linux/Unix Environments
Administer and maintain Oracle databases in Production, UAT, and Development environments.
Perform database installation, upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery.
Monitor database performance and implement tuning recommendations.
Manage Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard configurations.
Ensure database security, availability, and disaster recovery readiness.
Troubleshoot database issues and provide production support.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams.
Strong knowledge of Oracle RAC, ASM, RMAN, and Data Guard.
Experience in performance tuning and production support.
Good understanding of SQL, PLSQL, and Shell Scripting.
