We at Coforge are seeking a “Project Manager  to lead and manage large-scale IT Managed Services engagements. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery, project governance, stakeholder management, resource planning, risk management, and ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage large-scale IT Managed Services projects and ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Establish project governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and escalation management processes.
Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, OLAs, and organisational policies.
Drive service improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
Conduct periodic reviews, status meetings, and executive presentations.
Ensure adherence to ITIL-based service management practices.
Facilitate effective communication between business, technical, and vendor teams.

Required Skills
Strong Project Management and Program Governance experience.
Expertise in IT Managed Services operations and service delivery.
Knowledge of ITIL processes, incident management, problem management, change management, and service lifecycle management.
Experience in risk management, stakeholder management, and vendor management.
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools.

Eligibility Criteria
MBA with B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) / MCA / M.Sc. (IT) from a recognized university.
Valid PMP or PRINCE2 certification and ITIL certification.
Minimum 12 years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager managing large-scale IT Managed Services projects.
Proven experience in handling multiple stakeholders, vendors, and geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Experience
Experience in Government, Public Sector, BFSI, Telecom, or large Enterprise Managed Services environments.
Experience managing multi-location service delivery operations and transition projects.

Certifications (Mandatory):
PMP or PRINCE2 Certification
ITIL Certification
