Key Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business insights.
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Use Python for data manipulation, cleansing, automation, and analytical solutions.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, profiling, and quality checks.
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and measurable outcomes.
Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Automate recurring reports and manual data-analysis processes using Python and SQL.
Investigate data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
Maintain documentation related to data definitions, analytical processes, and reporting logic.
Required Skills
6–10 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics / Business Analytics .
Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL .
Experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, Num Py , or similar data-processing libraries.
Strong knowledge of data analysis, data cleansing, transformation, and validation .
Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries.
Good understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with visualization/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau , or similar platforms is preferred.
Good understanding of statistical and analytical techniques.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
