Specialist​/Associate-RMG NCR

We’re looking for a Specialist/ Associate

Manages day-to-day resourcing operations, ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Collaborates with delivery and HR teams to meet business requirements through proactive resource planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end allocation of employees to projects based on skills, experience, and availability.

· Conduct regular utilization reviews and bench management activities.

· Monitor RM metrics and provide analytical insights for decision-making.

· Support project managers in addressing resource conflicts and shortfalls.

· Drive capacity planning and reallocation to meet client delivery timelines.

· Prepare detailed MIS and business reports (utilization, availability, variance).

· Collaborate across departments for workforce forecasting and hiring needs.

· Identify minor process gaps and suggest improvements.

· Advanced Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, conditional formulas).

· Good understanding of RM lifecycle and project staffing processes.

Master’s degree in HR, Operations, Business Analytics, or an equivalent discipline.
