We are hiring an Experienced Criminal Law Advocate Practicing in the High Court
True Legal Assist, a specialized legal firm dealing primarily in Bank Freeze, Financial Crime & Litigation Support, is seeking a skilled and experienced Advocate to join our team. The selected candidate will work from our office in Sector 94, Noida, and represent matters as required.

Work From Office + Court Visits / Field Assignments as needed
Experience
Required:
Minimum 5 years of practice (counted from Bar Enrollment Date)
Mandatory Requirement:
- Must be actively practicing in the Delhi High Court
- Must have a Criminal Law background
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Appear & argue matters before the Delhi High Court
- Attend court hearings, police stations & related legal authorities as assigned
- Draft petitions, bail applications, criminal writs, appeals, responses & complaints
- Provide expert legal opinions & strategies for criminal and financial dispute matters
- Maintain professional client communication and representation
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of active practice post-enrollment
- Strong command over Criminal Law & High Court procedures
- Excellent drafting, research & argumentation skills
- Ability to handle cases independently and responsibly
- Confident communication & coordination skills
