Supply Chain Specialist; Shipping documentation​/Incoterm

Position: Supply Chain Specialist (Shipping documentation/ Incoterm)
We are looking for a knowledgeable Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and logistics, with hands-on experience in ERP systems and a deep understanding of shipping documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Manage logistics processes, including freight forwarding and customs clearance.
Utilize strong knowledge of Incoterms to ensure proper handling of shipments.
Use ERP systems (specifically SAP – MM/SD modules) to manage and track supply chain activities and data.
Handle shipping documentation management, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support supply chain processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, freight forwarding, and customs clearance processes.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP (MM/SD modules).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
