Role Responsibilities:
Lead the maintenance team and supervise day-to-day facility upkeep
Plan and oversee repair, installation, and preventive maintenance schedules
Implement and monitor safety and compliance procedures across the plant
Coordinate with operations for minimizing downtime and optimizing equipment performance
Key Deliverables:
Fully operational preventive maintenance calendar
Documented maintenance SOPs and safety compliance protocols
On-time execution of repairs and installations
Increased equipment uptime and reduced breakdown incidents
