About

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional with 5–6 years of experience in client servicing and event operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling clients independently, planning and executing events, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple client accounts independently, overseeing the complete project lifecycle from brief to execution
Build and nurture long-term client partnerships through strategic communication, trust, and proactive relationship management.
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable event plans.
Conceptualize, plan, and execute events and brand activations across locations.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
Manage event budgets and costings effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Travel to event locations and client meetings as and when required.
Prepare client presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to their needs.
Handle vendor negotiations and procurement and ensure timely delivery of services.
Maintain detailed reports and documentation for each project using Excel and other tools.

Requirements

5 to 6 years of relevant experience in client servicing and event management.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Strong understanding of event planning, budgeting, and operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation creation.
Ability and willingness to travel for events and meetings.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
Experience in managing vendors and multi-city event coordination is a plus.
