Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time CRM Manager role based in India. The candidate will manage customer relationships, analyze data, support sales initiatives, coordinate with teams, and ensure strong client communication. The role also requires handling calling responsibilities for client coordination and follow-ups.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data
Excellent communication skills (mandatory)
Proven customer service experience (mandatory)
Experience in sales and market segmentation
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Real Estate experience is a plus
