Key Responsibilities:
Regional Claims Management:
Oversee and manage auto claims operations across four regions:
Chandigarh, Haryana, Eastern UP, and Gurgaon.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service-level agreements.
Performance & KPI Management:
Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for claims processing, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
Manage high-value claims with precision and coordinate closely with underwriting and business teams for risk assessment and resolution.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Maintain strong claims-related relationships with key producers, OEM stakeholders, and business partners.
Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
Vendor & Service Provider Oversight:
Review and manage service providers, including surveyors, salvage portals, and empanelled vendors.
Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to agreed standards.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of approximately 65 employees , fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee the processing of around 13,000 auto claims per month , ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
Process Improvement &
Risk Management:
Identify process gaps and implement best practices for claims handling.
Mitigate operational risks and ensure robust internal controls.
