The Role

Team Management & Leadership
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Identify gaps in team performance and initiate corrective actions and coaching.
Inventory Management
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available property inventory, pricing, features, and availability.
Coordinate with the operations and project team to ensure updated listings and product knowledge.
Ensure that the team is aligned with the latest updates on inventory, bookings, and availability.
Sales Planning & Target Achievement
Set and track monthly and quarterly sales targets in coordination with senior management.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Monitor team performance regularly and prepare reports on sales achievements and projections.
Customer Relationship Management
Supervise the customer engagement process from inquiry to closing.
Ensure timely follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closure of deals by the team.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, market trends, and team progress to the management.
Market Awareness
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Recommend pricing, promotional, and positioning strategies based on market intelligence.
Process Compliance
Ensure the team adheres to the company's sales processes, documentation standards, and legal compliance.
Work closely with legal and back-office teams to ensure timely processing of bookings and registries.

Ideal Profile

You have at least 2 years experience ideally as a Branch Manager or Sales / Relationship Manager within Real Estate.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
