Job Description & How to Apply Below
We're hiring an Associate Director of Sales to build and lead our corporate sales team. Think of this as selling access to India's first contributed trade credit registry fused with company intelligence - where businesses report invoice and payment data, and the platform turns it into trade credit scores, buyer reliability signals, and supply-chain risk views that no public filing can provide.
This is a high-ownership, 0→1 role where you'll build the enterprise sales playbook from the ground up, land and expand marquee accounts across banks, NBFCs, large corporates, and trade ecosystems , and drive the revenue engine that turns Cred Hive's data moat into a category-defining business.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Plan: Deliver quarterly/annual bookings, revenue, and gross margin; maintain 3-4x pipeline coverage with accurate stage hygiene and forecasts.
Enterprise Acquisition: Drive new-logo wins in priority verticals (FMCG, Pharma, Auto, Infra/EPC, Metals, IT/ITeS, Logistics); map buying centers (Finance, Credit/Risk, Procurement, Treasury, Legal).
Strategic Account Management: Build executive relationships (CFO/CPO/Head-Risk); run QBRs, success plans, and retention/expansion motions.
Vertical GTM: Define ICPs, value propositions, and case studies per industry; orchestrate ABM campaigns with Marketing and event/association plays.
Customer Onboarding: Ensure clean handoffs to Delivery; agree TAT/quality metrics, escalation paths, and adoption milestones.
Partnerships/Alliances: Build referral/channel motions with procurement/ERP platforms, and international associates for cross-border cases.
Preferred candidate profile
10-15+ years of enterprise sales in B2B information services, risk/credit analytics, collections, fintech/SaaS, or adjacent services; consistent over-achievement vs. quota.
Team leadership experience (managing managers preferred) with a record of building and scaling sales teams.
Strong CXO-level selling and multi-stakeholder deal navigation (Finance, Procurement, Risk, Legal, IT/Info Sec).
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive presence ; strong commercial acumen and margin discipline.
Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
