Exp-Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (MBA Operations preferred).
12–18 years of manufacturing experience.
Minimum 5+ years in leadership role in FMCG / hygiene / diaper / sanitary napkin / tissue manufacturing.
Strong understanding of diaper manufacturing machinery and production processes.
Experience in cost optimization and lean manufacturing.
Experience in Diaper and sanitary

Position Overview
The Operations Head will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations of the diaper production unit, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, cost control, and timely delivery. This role will lead production planning, plant management, supply chain coordination, quality control, and workforce management to drive business growth and operational excellence.
