Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator with 4-5 years of experience to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts, ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process.
Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Monitor machine operations to ensure production quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Maintain accurate records of production data and machine settings.
Skills and Qualifications 4-5 years of experience as a CNC operator or similar role.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and programming.
Familiarity with G-code and M-code programming languages.
Ability to perform quality checks using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
