1. Production Incharge Focuses on the overarching apparel manufacturing process.
Planning:
Develop daily and weekly production schedules based on buyer orders.
Efficiency:
Allocate manpower and machines effectively to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
Workflow:
Ensure a smooth progression from the cutting department to the sewing floor and finally to packaging.
2. Quality Incharge Ensures all manufactured garments meet brand specifications and compliance standards.
Inspections:
Conduct in-line and end-line random inspections to catch defects early.
Reporting:
Maintain and verify Internal Final Inspection Reports.
Defect Control:
Analyze root causes for rejects and enforce rework protocols to reduce returns.
3. Fabric/Store Incharge Oversees the raw materials and inventory necessary for production.
