Plant Head – Injection Moulding

About the Role

Imigo World Products Pvt. Ltd. (imigo digi) is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to lead the overall operations of our Injection Moulding manufacturing facility. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring efficient plant operations, achieving production targets, optimizing resources, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous operational improvement. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in injection moulding, excellent people management skills, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

As the Plant Head, you will be responsible for the complete management and performance of the manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of all operational activities from procurement of raw materials to the dispatch of finished goods. You will oversee production planning and scheduling, machine utilization, inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, dispatch coordination, billing support, quality assurance, maintenance planning, statutory compliance, and overall plant administration.

The role requires close coordination with production, stores, purchase, accounts, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, cost optimization, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will be expected to monitor plant performance, implement process improvements, manage budgets and operational costs, ensure workplace safety, maintain accurate documentation and reporting, lead and develop plant personnel, and drive a culture of accountability, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement while aligning plant operations with the company's business objectives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
Additional certifications in Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

8–15 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Plant Head, Factory Manager, or Production Manager role.
Hands-on experience in Injection Moulding manufacturing is mandatory.
Experience in managing complete plant operations independently.
