The Role
We're looking for biology experts to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models being developed by the world's leading AI research labs. Your scientific knowledge will directly shape how AI reasons through complex biological problems — making a real impact on the future of science and technology.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role that fits around your existing schedule. No prior AI experience required — if you have a strong biology background, we'll handle the rest.

What You'll Do
Design rigorous, advanced biology questions to test and challenge AI performance
Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with logically sound reasoning
Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy and quality of reasoning
Identify gaps, errors, and weaknesses in AI outputs across biology domains
Collaborate with research teams to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology topics
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Currently pursuing or holding a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and precisely in writing
Comfortable providing structured, critical feedback
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or research benchmarking
Familiarity with molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, or related specializations
Background in academic writing or scientific peer review
