Role Overview  We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable  Beauty Consultant  to join our growing team s role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in beauty sales, a strong background in makeup application, and the ability to deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience.

Key Responsibilities   Engage customers with personalized consultations, product demonstrations, and makeup application.
Drive sales by recommending suitable beauty and wellness products tailored to individual needs.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of skincare, haircare, cosmetics, and fragrance brands available in-store.
Provide expert advice on usage, application techniques, and product benefits.
Ensure excellent visual merchandising and proper product displays across shelves.
Assist in inventory management — restocking, tracking fast-moving SKUs, and reporting sales performance.
Manage brand relationships and represent Mink's values in all customer and partner interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends, new launches, and competitor offerings.
Requirements

Experience:

1–3 years in beauty retail, preferably in multi-brand beauty outlets (e.g., Nykaa, Sephora, Lifestyle, etc.).
Makeup

Skills:

Prior experience as a makeup artist or beauty advisor with hands-on product application expertise.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer trust.
Energetic, well-spoken, and passionate about beauty and wellness.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
