Reporting To :
Store Manager
Experience : 3–6 years in beauty retail, with knowledge of skincare/makeup/haircare
Role Overview
The BPC Department Manager is the business custodian for all beauty brands and services in the store. You are expected to lead the category by driving consultations, demos, product trials, and building a strong advisor team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Engagement:
Own category sales, grow average bill value and repeat customers through consultative selling.
Team Performance:
Lead a team of beauty advisors and makeup experts; ensure they are trained, groomed, and target-driven.
Product & Trial Management:
Maintain hygiene of testers, sampling activities, and ensure correct regime-based recommendation practices.
Brand Partnerships:
Collaborate with brand partners for activations, new launches, and training.
Operations & Stock:
Track inventory, expiry, and plan for timely replenishment and promotions.
You Bring
Deep category knowledge and love for beauty & skincare
Hands-on approach to team coaching and customer service
Strong operational discipline and attention to hygiene protocols
Experience in handling beauty sales targets in a retail environment
