Part Time Sales Associate

A consumer retail employer in the Pet Care & Specialty Pet Products sector operating on-site retail stores across India. We sell premium pet nutrition, grooming essentials and accessories through speciality stores that prioritise exceptional in-store experiences and category expertise.

We are hiring a part-time, on-site Retail Sales Associate to represent the brand at a store level, drive sales, maintain merchandising standards and deliver outstanding customer service to pet owners.

Role & Responsibilities

Welcome and engage customers; assess pet and owner needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions to drive sales and satisfaction.
Operate POS terminals to process cash and card transactions, complete daily cash reconciliation and manage accurate till closures.
Receive stock shipments, perform shelf replenishment, conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies.
Execute visual merchandising plans and maintain attractive, organised product displays to maximise conversion.
Build and maintain practical product knowledge across pet nutrition, supplements, grooming and accessories to answer customer queries confidently.
Support store opening/closing routines, basic loss-prevention practices and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

On-site, part-time availability including weekends and peak retail hours (India locations).
