About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in the building materials industry to develop relationships and identify new project opportunities across Delhi NCR. This is a client-facing role involving meetings with architects, builders, interior designers, contractors, project consultants and site teams — both at their offices and at active construction sites. The role will focus on developing initial relationships, understanding project requirements and identifying qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit architects, builders, interior designers, contractors, project consultants and other key decision-makers at their offices.
Visit active construction sites to meet builders, contractors, site in-charges and project teams.
Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects and potential marble requirements.
Conduct initial meetings and introduce Enn Dee's marble collection and capabilities.
Understand project requirements, timelines, material preferences and decision-making processes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders and other project stakeholders.
Identify and qualify genuine project opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups and stay updated on project progress and requirements.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in the building materials industry, preferably in business development, project sales or a client-facing role.
Experience working with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers or project teams is strongly preferred.
Candidates from marble, natural stone, tiles, quartz/surfaces, flooring, sanitaryware, plywood, laminates or other architectural/building-material categories are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable conducting face-to-face meetings with clients and industry professionals.
Proactive, presentable and relationship-oriented.
Comfortable with regular travel across Delhi NCR.
Two-wheeler or four-wheeler is required.
