Job Overview
G & G Global is looking for an experienced Regional Manager – Sales to drive business growth across Modern Trade and General Trade channels.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales, revenue, distribution, and market expansion.
Manage Modern Trade accounts and General Trade distributors.
Develop new markets, customers, and channel partners.
Build strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
Plan and execute sales strategies, targets, schemes, and promotions.
Monitor market trends, competition, stock, and sales performance.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order and supply execution.
Requirements
8–12 years of sales experience, preferably in stationery, FMCG, consumer products, or similar industries .
Ability to build the team and drive execution.
Strong experience in both Modern Trade and General Trade .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing markets.
Strong team-management and business-development skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
