Role Overview
We are seeking a sharp, highly versatile, and autonomous  Business Development Manager . Your primary mandate is a dual-growth strategy: to  lift bulk B2B OEM volumes  globally and to  scale our direct-to-consumer (B2C) international e-commerce channels  [Anron Metalisers].
Given our premium product positioning and steep competition from Chinese volume exporters, a critical element of this role is having an exceptional aesthetic sense for visual merchandising, product placement, and digital/physical stall design [Anron Metalisers]. You will use our world-class eco-certifications (OECD 301B) and compliance credentials to open doors with global buying houses, major industrial processors, and international retail brands.

Key Responsibilities
1. International Export & EMEA Market Development
EMEA Expansion Strategy:  Proactively map out, pitch to, and secure high-volume private-label/OEM contracts to aggressively expand the  MIDAS  brand presence across  Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) .
Target Multi-Industry Verticals:  Secure bulk contract manufacturing deals outside of India across 4 key sectors:
Christmas Ornament & Festive Décor Manufacturers   (Aggressively developing the international export market for our premium    Tinsel Garland    and festive product extensions).
Glitter Paper & Specialty Board Mills   (Driving bulk supply contracts for our specialized    Glitter Paper    sheets and films).
Grouting & Construction Material Corporations   (Glitter additives for premium grouting/tiles across Middle Eastern infrastructure and European construction sectors).
Textile, Fabric, and Garment Printing Industries   (Bulk glitter and sequin supplies for commercial fashion hubs in Africa and Europe).
