Role Description

This is a remote internship opportunity for the position of Mentor Principal School at Life Skills India. The role involves mentoring individuals to develop essential life skills, guiding them through emotional regulation practices, supporting their personal growth, and helping them utilize our tools like anger journals and board games. Interns will work collaboratively with the community to foster a positive and empowering environment while delivering engaging and meaningful mentorship sessions.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and mentorship skills, with a focus on empathy and effective communication
Understanding of emotional regulation techniques, mindfulness practices, and personal growth strategies

Experience with creating and facilitating workshops or interactive learning activities
Organizational and time management skills to coordinate and deliver engaging mentorship sessions
Passion for empowering individuals and fostering a supportive growth-oriented community
Prior teaching, counseling, or mentoring experience is a strong advantage
Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in psychology, education, social work, or a related field is preferred
