program. Our program delivers sustainable weight loss by integrating doctors,
medicinal innovation and health coaches on a single platform.
Who is a Fitness Coach
Conducting proper evaluation, protocol implementation and training services online.
Evaluating strengths and weaknesses of clients, considering their medical
conditions, recording the progression through program stages, and
recommending/implementing protocol or program changes as required.
Instructing, individual program development, and personal training services online to clients.
** Imporant KRA** - Identifying patients suited for live sessions, guiding them, and delivering personalized 1-1 live training programs.
Contributing to strategic initiatives to enhance the fitness coaching program and maximize its potential.

The ideal candidate should understand that this is not a typical 9-to-5 job but a high-impact role that demands dedication, hard work, and a commitment to making a difference—rewarded with exponential growth and opportunities.
Excellent Communication Skills
Preferably a certified fitness trainer
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Immediate joiner is preferred
Compensation - 30-40k per month(depending upon interview performance) + upto 50% incentives on fixed salary
