Yoga Coach (Women's Health)
Position:  Yoga Coach – Therapeutic Programs

Schedule:

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM IST, 6 days a week
Mode:  Online (Live sessions)
Compensation:  10,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for a  Yoga Coach  to conduct daily evening yoga sessions for women dealing with chronic gynecological and hormonal conditions such as  Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, PCOS, and pelvic pain .

The role focuses on  therapeutic, pain-aware, and restorative yoga , not fitness or power yoga.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct  live online yoga sessions  for women (5–6 PM IST)
Guide participants through  safe, low-impact, therapeutic yoga practices
Modify postures based on pain levels and physical limitations
Maintain a calm, supportive, and professional class environment
Ensure consistency, punctuality, and session discipline
Coordinate with the internal team if any session-level issues arise

Requirements
Certified Yoga Instructor (any recognized certification preferred)
Experience or exposure to  women's health / therapeutic yoga
Ability to work with participants experiencing pain or fatigue
Clear verbal communication and composed on-camera presence
Reliable internet connection and basic tech comfort (Zoom/Meet)

Nice to Have  Prior experience with PCOS, endometriosis, or chronic pain clients
Background in restorative yoga, yin yoga, or hormone-balancing practices

What This Role Is Not  Not a fitness, weight-loss, or high-intensity yoga role
Not a one-off or freelance drop-in class
Not suitable for instructors focused only on general asanas
