Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Cricket Coach to join our team at Striide Sports. In this

part-time role , you could be based at home, but will need access to video recording facilities, be it smart phone with a tripod and mic, or a professional 4K set up. You will need access to a location, ideally indoor nets or training facilities. You will

design and lead cricket training programs

tailored to participants' needs, fostering their physical and mental development. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include create training content of varying skill levels, developing personalized training plans, mentoring participants to improve their techniques and strategies, and ensuring a safe and supportive sporting environment for all. Collaboration with other staff to integrate training across key disciplines, such as mental resilience and fitness, will also be essential.

You will be given guidelines (optional) on what to record and when. You will have access to

state of art AI technology to create and upload content

and map those across various tags and pathways. All content once reviewed will make it's way into world first and only

digital training aid for Women and Girls .

Video content is

bite sized , ideal for today's generation, and well suited for Women and Girls in their busy schedule. We call it Tik Tok style attention, Olympic style rewards.

Qualifications
Strong

knowledge and expertise in Cricket and Cricket Coaching
Proven skills in Coaching and Training players of

various abilities
Excellent Communication skills to connect with participants effectively
Must be fluent in English and/or

Hindi . Any additional

regional languages across India

will be a bonus.
Passion

for fostering development in youth sports
Coaching certification and/or relevant qualifications are a plus
