Role Overview
Everest Fleet is hiring a Driver Supply Manager responsible for ensuring continuous driver availability for EV fleet operations in Salt Lake Sector V and surrounding areas.
The core responsibility is not just onboarding drivers, but ensuring minimum 15-day active retention per driver.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure daily availability of required drivers for operations
• Source drivers through field recruitment, references, vendor networks & local market channels
• Conduct driver screening and coordinate documentation & ETK creation
• Ensure drivers complete onboarding formalities and start duty immediately
• Maintain daily tracking sheet of onboarding, attendance, and active drivers
• Coordinate with operations team for proper duty allocation
• Follow up daily with newly onboarded drivers for engagement and retention
• Ensure discipline, compliance, and SOP adherence
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
• Weekly onboarding target achievement
• Minimum 15-day retention per onboarded driver (Mandatory KPI)
• Active driver ratio
• Attendance consistency
• Fleet utilization support
Onboarding without 15-day retention will not be considered complete target achievement
