Job Summary
We are seeking customer-focused Redcap staff to assist passengers with baggage handling and mobility support while ensuring a smooth airport experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist passengers with baggage transportation.
* Support elderly and special assistance passengers.
* Coordinate with passenger service teams.
* Ensure baggage is handled safely and securely.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Follow airport safety and security guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- 1–3 years of customer service experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in shifts and outdoor environments
