Warehouse Operations Executive-E-commerce

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day inventory operations, maintaining accurate stock levels, handling order processing, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth warehouse functioning. The role requires strong data management skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with e-commerce warehouse environments.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management
Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely stock updates in the system.
Track  inward & outward stock movement  and reconcile physical vs. system inventory.
Manage inventory for  B2B, B2C,  and online marketplaces .
Conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
Oversee return management and ensure proper documentation and restocking.

Order & Dispatch Management
Handle day-to-day  order processing , picking, packing, and dispatching.
Prepare daily order reports and coordinate with logistics partners.
Update tracking numbers and ensure timely delivery follow-ups.
Manage reverse logistics and coordinate return orders.

Data & Reporting
Prepare  daily, weekly, and monthly reports  including stock reports, sales reports, and order summaries.
Maintain and manage large data sets using  MS Excel  and other tools efficiently.
Share MIS reports with the operations and management team regularly.

Warehouse Coordination
Work closely with procurement, sales, and operations teams for stock planning.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of inventory.

Compliance & Process Management
Follow warehouse SOPs for safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
Ensure timely documentation and accurate record-keeping.
Assist in implementing process improvements to optimize warehouse operations.

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of  inventory management  and stock handling.
Hands-on experience with  MS Excel, MS Office, and data management .
Ability to manage large datasets with accuracy.
Quick learner, efficient, hardworking, and a team player.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree (any stream).
2–5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory,or e-commerce operations.
Experience in e-commerce, or related industries will be preferred.

Additional Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
