Inventory & Store Operations
Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing goods as per hotel standards
Maintain proper stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking
Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and proper stock rotation practices
Support in regular stock counts and inventory audits
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
Verify quantity and quality of incoming materials against purchase orders
Check for damages, expiry dates, and compliance with specifications
Coordinate with departments for timely delivery of materials
Maintain accurate records of stock inward and outward movements
Assist in updating inventory systems (ERP/Excel)
File invoices, delivery notes, and purchase documents properly
Assist in preparing purchase requests and follow-ups with vendors
Help in sourcing materials as per hotel requirements
Support in comparing vendor quotations under supervision
Work closely with kitchen, housekeeping, engineering, and F&B departments
Ensure timely issue of materials to departments based on requisitions
Minimize wastage, pilferage, and damages
Support in monitoring consumption patterns
